David Eynon founder of Eynon Construction Inc began his construction career in Grangeville Idaho in 1996 and has built, supervised, and managed both public works projects and residential construction projects in many construction industries in the western US including Idaho, California, and Hawaii.
Public Works Projects: As a project manager/estimator while working for Roebbelen Construction with a bachelor's degree in management he estimated and managed such projects as the new construction of Scott Leaman Elementary a $28 Million new school campus, the renovation of Kings Beach Elementary $35 million Elementary School in Tahoe, $17 million performing arts modernization of McClatchy High School. Prior to working for Roebbelen David spent 7 years with Kiewit Infrastructure as a superintendent/estimator. He was on such projects as the $1.2 Billion I- 405 Interstate Freeway widening, $650 million Honolulu Area Rail Transit HDOT Elevated Rail for Kiewit, $8 million Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation for the United States Army Department of Defense in Wahiawa HI, $300 million San Vicente pump station which included three 27,000hp pumps, 102" diameter pipeline, surge tank, fill shoot, and vaults, as well as many other projects.
Residential Projects: As a carpenter who went on to become a superintendent with an Associate Degree from The School of Applied Studies at Bob Jones University, David built the Peter Sacks residents in La Jolla CA which was a 10,000 SF custom home. Prior to this, he was a concrete foreman with Brawley Concrete, building parking structures, retail tilt-ups, and cast-in-place custom homes. He gained his concrete training through the Local 500 Concrete Finishers Union in San Diego CA, during this time he was on the Herzog Corp Black Mountain Canyon Bridge, many retail construction concrete tilt-ups while working for Hamon Concrete. Prior to this he was working for Douglas E Barnhart Construction as a framing carpenter on the Bernardo Elementary School Project. Prior to this, he was s elf-employed building custom ICF Insulated Concrete Form residential houses in the Tahoe area, and prior to this, he was framing homes in Grangeville Idaho with Mitch Schneider Construction.
